We rang in the new year with our new friends from California and met a few more of our neighbors. It's nice to have great friends that live right down the road. We walked to the party! Makes it even eaiser to grab a few drinks and not have to worry about driving.

I love this photo. It's so beautiful. But I do know what you mean about perfect pictures being deceiving; there's always a ton before and after that ought to be burned!
